The Mid-Atlantic Technology Research and Innovation Center, also known as MATRIC, announced that it has been awarded a five-year contract valued at $3 million or more to develop software tools in support of NASA's center in Fairmont.
MATRIC said the contract is through a partnership with GeoControl Systems of Houston, Texas.
The contract calls for MATRIC and GeoControl technical staff to develop advanced analytical tools for the evaluation of the quality and safety of software systems on all NASA spacecraft, including the International Space Station, Space Shuttle and Mars landers.
