MATRIC Hosts National Youth Science Camp Delegates

MATRIC was host to National Youth Science Camp delegates on Monday, June 30, 2008 at corporate headquarters in South Charleston, West Virginia.
The select group of delegates are the top two science students from each state as well as international students from nine countries. The delegates' visit at MATRIC was the beginning of a four week quest for knowledge of science disciplines.
MATRIC provided chemistry-based lab demonstrations on "Additives Derived from Corn" and "Advanced Impact Resistant Polymers." Visiting the MATRIC research community provided these delegates an opportunity to witness first-hand the passion and commitment we have for science and the development of new technologies.
