Currently, MATRIC is seeking professionals in the following disciplines.

Instrument and Control Lead

Responsible for planning and execution of instrument & control portion of power plant upgrades, distribution systems, and/or new generation projects. Manage an I&C team, including engineers and designers, to develop all products necessary and meet schedules and budget. Manage I&C scope of supply across multiple major equipment suppliers; estimate quantities, cost of purchased items, design deliverables, and work hours for the I&C design portion of projects. BS Engineering degree and PE registration preferred. Must have familiarity with boilers, scrubbers, burner managment systems, power plant system instruments and control strategies.

Laboratory Technician

Conduct laboratory experiments and operations with project supervision as required. Perform analytical measurements and other activities required to maintain efficient operation of the laboratory. Some positions may involve the construction and/or operation of pilot-scale facilities. Training or experience in chemical laboratory or pilot-scale operation essential.

Systems Engineer
Previous aerospace hardware/software experience needed for major project supporting NASA. Requires degree in computer science, software engineering or electrical engineering and at least five years experience. Choose Morgantown/Fairmont or Charleston location.
