NGInnovations enables natural gas drillers and producers to manage their produced water, hydraulic fracturing (frac) flowback water or gas treatment needs, whatever those needs may be. The Company’s unique and proprietary NGPure Solutions offerings are focused on the treatment of produced water, frac water or frac flowback water associated with natural gas production and natural gas exploration, as well as on treating natural gas streams to remove impurities. These tailored solutions can be applied to a wide variety of situations to economically solve gas producers’ water issues or natural gas impurity issues. All of NGInnovations’ water and natural gas solutions are portable and economical.

NGInnovations offers multiple solutions that allow producers to economically treat produced water and frac flowback water associated with natural gas production and exploration. These solutions can treat water associated with coal bed methane, traditional gas and can even allow natural gas players to manage the increasing problem of managing frac water and produced water associated with shale gas drilling, such in the Marcellus Shale. The Company has a strong presence in the Marcellus Shale region and has developed products and solutions to treat, desalinate and manage brine water which is high in total dissolved solids (tds).

In addition, NGInnovations continues development of NGPure Solutions to remove natural gas impurities such as water vapor, heavy hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and nitrogen from natural gas streams.
