About NGI
NGInnovations, Inc. is a company that enables natural gas drillers and producers to manage their produced water, hydraulic fracturing (frac)
flowback water or gas treatment needs - whatever those needs may be. The Company’s unique and proprietary NGPure Solutions offerings
are focused on the treatment of produced water, frac water or frac flowback water associated with natural gas production and natural gas
exploration, as well as, on treating natural gas streams to remove impurities.
NGInnovations was founded in January 2007 to commercialize proprietary technology designed to remove water vapor and heavy hydrocarbons from natural gas streams at or near the wellhead. In the process of commercializing this technology, the Company realized that an equally exciting and more near term opportunity existed in assisting natural gas players in managing their produced water, frac water and frac water flowback issues, particularly within shale gas play regions such as the Marcellus Shale. It was at this point that NGInnovations began the development and launch of its NGPure Solutions for water. Since then, the Company has deployed multiple NGPure Water Separation Solutions and is now launching its solution for water higher in total dissolved solids (tds), the NGPure Water Recovery Solution.
NGInnovations has performed work for many national and regional natural gas players. The Company partners closely with industry association groups and regional environmental authorities to design solutions for its customers which manage produced water, frac water and frac flowback water issues.
Located in South Charleston, West Virginia, the heart of Marcellus Shale country, NGInnovations is led by a management team that brings many years of practical, hands on, natural gas experience.
- Don Booth, President. Mr. Booth has over 35 years experience as a leader in the chemical and natural gas industries and is both a civil and mechanical engineer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Booth served as Vice President of Augusta Construction Services and as a Senior Project Manager at Augusta Engineering.

- Harry “Mike” Gardner, Jr., Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gardner has over 40 years of experience in the natural gas industry. Mr. Gardner is the former President of Equitable Resources Energy Company, a billion dollar division of Equitable Resources, Inc. focusing on drilling, exploration, gathering and delivering natural gas.
