David was recruited by Dr. George Keller, who leads MATRIC’s college recruitment efforts. Also through Dr. Keller’s efforts, Brooke Fridley Albin, a native of Ridgeley, WV, who received a masters’ degree in chemical engineering from WVU, joined MATRIC as a full-time employee early in 2007. Dr. Keller was instrumental in recruiting Erica Trump, WVU’s top chemical engineering graduate of 2008, to a summer internship at MATRIC. Erica, a native of Elkview, WV, will be pursuing her Ph.D. in chemical engineering at Carnegie-Mellon University in the fall.

Jeremy Rader, a 2006 West Virginia University Institute of Technology chemical engineering graduate and a native of Richwood, WV, interned at MATRIC before accepting full time employment in June of 2006. Kerri Owens, a Parkersburg, WV native and a junior chemistry student at the University of Charleston, is also working as an intern this summer.

MATRIC’s management is both pleased and excited by the quality and the talent of these early career professionals. Our goal is to provide more opportunities in a variety of fields of study.
