Ms. McDaniel possesses more than seventeen years experience as a Program Manager and Environmental Scientist. Her technical expertise includes National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance. McDaniel was Director and Senior Environmental Scientist for Perot Systems Government Services, Knoxville, from June 2002 through 2007, where she played a key role in technical, managerial, and corporate capacities. As Business Operations Director, she was responsible for managing all business operations (sales, contracts, human resources, finance, accounts payable/receivable, quality, security) of a sector consisting of 150 employees across the United States. From 1993 to 2002 she was an Environmental Scientist and Section Leader for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Her technical and managerial responsibilities included business development and opportunity assessment. McDaniel successfully led proposal teams, including preparation of price proposals, and contributed to numerous bids cumulatively valued in excess of $60 million. She also co-led the environmental services section consisting of 14 environmental scientists. Ms. McDaniel has a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Tennessee Technological University, Cookeville, Tennessee, and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
