Mark Dehlin is located in MATRIC’s Morgantown, WV office. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering in 1984 and his Executive MBA in 2004 from West Virginia University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Following his bachelor’s studies, Dehlin served for eight years in the USAF where he managed the engineering efforts of the F-16 radar signal processing system and the C-17 mission computer system. A subsequent position with DSD Laboratories as a Software Reuse Engineer led to a seven year stint with the West Virginia High Technology Foundation, where he established a software testing facility, served as the Director of Applied Research and as the interim Vice-President of Research. Prior to joining MATRIC, Dehlin participated in the management of multiple joint Department of Defense projects, including the Joint Computer-aided Acquisition and Logistics Support (JCALS) system and the Biometrics Fusion Center (BFC), for Computer Sciences Corporation.
