Diana Holley has more than 40 years of experience in the chemical industry, much of it related to health, safety, and environmental issues in chemical production facilities. She has served as Environmental Projects Leader, Environmental/Industrial Hygiene Lab Manager, Site Manufacturing Skills Manager, and Laboratory Supervisor at the Institute Plant Manufacturing Site for Union Carbide, Rhone-Poulenc, Aventis CropScience, and Bayer CropScience. Ms. Holley has extensive experience in training and procedure development. She recently developed the procedures and training materials for the BEST biodiesel plant and assisted in a 3 week training process for the new chemical operators. She also has skills in quality control (ISO) and BQ-9000 (biodiesel) issues. Ms. Holley is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and is the recipient of two West Virginia Environmental Leadership Awards. She received a BS in Computer Sciences from the University of Charleston and an MS in Environmental Science from the Marshall University Graduate College.
