Mid-Atlantic Commercial Research, LLC (MCR) provides professional and technical services to some of MATRIC's commercial clients for whom working with a for-profit entity is a preferable option. MATRIC will offer assistance in deciding whether the work should be conducted within MCR or in MATRIC itself.
